Prime Property is a leading residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm, offering a wide selection of properties throughout Kwa-Zulu Natal and Johannesburg. With roots that go back to 2007, the company is one of the most esteemed in its industry, with a reputation for depth of knowledge and exemplary service. A new brand identity was designed forPrime property that highlights this culture of excellence and helps position the company for the future. The strong, modern and distinctive symbol pairs with the brand name in clean typography, with the name “Prime” reiterating the stance of the firm and its agents.
The simplicity of the logo extends to an identity system which supports the firm’s agents and provides the best possible service for clients. As part of the project I redesigned the firms marketing assets from display advertising, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional materials, to digital marketing and social media, to signage and environmental graphics for their offices.Guidelines were put in place for the firm to ensure consistent application of the identity across each point of contact. This project was completed while serving as Head of design at Inco creative and in conjunction with the marketing team at Prime Property.
